Job Title: Search Engine Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical SEO Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to play a key role in improving the online presence of our business.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of search engine algorithms and be able to analyze website data to identify areas for improvement. They will also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform technical audits and implement fixes to improve website crawlability and indexability.
  • Optimize core web vitals, including LCP, INP, and CLS, through real hands-on optimizations.
  • Implement and troubleshoot schema markup and structured data to enhance SERP visibility.
  • Manage robots.txt, XML sitemaps, hreflang tags, canonicals, and Google Search Console to ensure website crawlability and indexability.
  • Analyze log files to optimize server response times and improve website performance.
  • Ensure proper URL structures, internal linking, and content hierarchy to support effective content optimization.
  • Use Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, and Looker Studio to track SEO health and monitor keyword rankings.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in technical SEO, with a proven track record of success.
  • Mastery of SEO tools, including Search Console, GA, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, and Lighthouse.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with developers to implement SEO fixes and optimize website code.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Excellent Excel skills, with advanced formulas and data manipulation capabilities.
