Role Summary:

Medical Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Medical Office Coordinator to provide administrative support in our medical office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience working in a healthcare environment, and proficiency with electronic medical record systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage patient appointments, schedule and coordinate procedures, and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Provide exceptional patient care, respond to inquiries, and address concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic medical record systems.
  • Assist patients with billing inquiries and insurance verifications, providing clear explanations and solutions.
  • Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a medical reception or front desk role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical record systems is essential.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for remote work, if required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in medical office administration are advantageous.
