Mortgage Support Role

This position involves providing critical support to debt advisory specialists by preparing relevant data, research, and evidence. The goal is to facilitate efficient delivery of advisory services.

  • Strategically assist debt advisors in preparation for client engagements.
  • Set up workflows, prepare handovers, and analyze financial statements & tax returns.
  • Conduct market trend research, compile reports, and coordinate valuations with lenders.
  • Manage timelines, follow up on disputes and reorders, and provide clear summaries and presentation materials.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration and maintain a reference database for future use.
Key Qualifications
  • Familiarity with the mortgage industry, including rates, products, and lending criteria in Australia.
  • Credit assessment expertise, including reports, scoring, and serviceability calculations.
  • Financial analysis skills, covering statements, tax returns, and complex income structures.
  • Regulatory compliance knowledge, encompassing NCCP, responsible lending, and related standards.
  • Technical proficiency in Quickli platform, Broker Engine, advanced Excel/Sheets, and strong research methodologies.
  • Effective communication skills, including professional written communication, cross-functional collaboration, and presentation capabilities.
