We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team as a key member of our support staff.

Job Description

This is a full-time position that requires flexibility and availability across rotating schedules, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as assigned by the business. We operate 24/7, and your ability to jump in when needed makes all the difference.

  • Provide real-time support to colleagues via internal chat, answering their queries and helping them troubleshoot issues with digital marketing tools.
  • Troubleshoot complex tool-based issues and collaborate with other teams to improve systems and prevent repeat problems.
  • Create resources, tutorials, and SOPs to plug recurring knowledge gaps and enhance the overall user experience.
  • Work closely with other departments to identify common roadblocks and recommend training or process updates.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years' experience in digital marketing or a related field.
  • Familiarity with at least 5 of the following digital marketing tools: Canva, ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, GoHighLevel, Shopify, Mailchimp.
  • Excellent written communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to explain complex tools in simple terms and provide clear instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and process-oriented thinking.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts across 24/7 schedules as required.
