Financial Operations Specialist

This role involves overseeing the financial management of multiple entities, ensuring timely and accurate recording and reporting.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee financial operations for multiple entities, including e-commerce and real estate operations.
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to manage purchases, maintain supplier databases, and ensure up-to-date monitoring of receivables and deposit accounts.
  • Prepare demand planning worksheets, ensure accurate inventory balances, perform cost-benefit analysis, and ensure proper costing is being followed.
  • Process payroll, set up employee profiles in payroll systems, and prepare job descriptions and offer letters.
  • Monitor patents, trademarks, and distributor agreements, file new trademarks as needed, and safeguard intellectual property.
  • Ensure timely insurance renewals, remittance of taxes, and compliance with tax reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with e-commerce, sales, and product development teams on SKU and item updates, provide ad-hoc data requests, and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Guide warehouse operations, coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, facilitate shipping and customs clearance, and ensure smooth logistics.
