Senior Online Marketing Specialist

This role is responsible for driving online lead generation through various marketing channels, including television, radio, podcasting, influencer marketing, and social media. The successful candidate will identify, test, and optimize new campaigns to expand our reach into untapped markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Launch and manage lead generation campaigns across multiple channels, including television, radio, podcasts, influencer marketing, digital billboards, social media, and AI-assisted voice channels.
- Continuously test new marketing channels, analyze data to refine strategies, and develop innovative growth-focused marketing plans.
- Optimize campaign performance using A/B testing, audience targeting, and conversion tracking.
- Work cross-functionally to align marketing efforts with business goals, stay ahead of industry trends, and identify new opportunities for expansion.
Requirements
- Proven experience in online lead generation or sales with a focus on direct response campaign measurement using both traditional and non-traditional channels.
- Strong background in performance marketing, data analysis, and campaign testing, with a hands-on, test-and-learn mindset.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
