We are looking for highly motivated Junior Programmer/Analysts to join our team. This position is specifically for new IT graduates who are eager to apply their knowledge and develop their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

• Assist in the design, coding, testing, and debugging of software applications and databases.

• Collaborate with senior developers and analysts to gather and analyze project requirements.

• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.

• Document software specifications, processes, and workflows for future reference.

• Conduct research and analysis to identify enhancements to existing systems and applications.

• Support the integration of new software solutions with current systems.

• Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues reported by users.

• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to contribute innovative ideas.

• Assist end-users with technical issues and offer training on new systems or applications.

• Successfully complete and pass the required online and instructor-led training.
Requirements:

• A recent graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Basic knowledge of programming concepts and problem-solving.

• A strong desire to learn Java or other related programming languages or QA Testing and other related technologies.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.

• A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to take on challenges.
