In this role, you will:

  • Deliver top-notch support via live chat and tickets, addressing customer concerns with expertise and professionalism.
  • Simplify complex technical issues into actionable steps that empower customers of varying expertise levels.
  • Contribute to diverse teams or projects aimed at enhancing the customer experience based on changing customer and organizational requirements.
  • Promote the development of our Kodee AI Assistant, driving improvements in customer support and overall experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with our product updates, services, features, and the latest web hosting technologies to provide effective assistance.
  • Proactively identify and implement enhancements to your work, team, and department.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be fluent in English, and have experience in customer support within tech or SaaS environments. Additionally, they should have a solid understanding of web hosting fundamentals, server management, and performance optimization.

This position requires flexibility in terms of availability, including night hours, rotation-based schedules, and some weekend days. A reliable high-speed internet connection is also essential for success in this role.
