Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Professional to manage our online operations and drive sales through effective product listings and promotional activities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, website maintenance, and related industries. They will be responsible for managing the overall e-commerce strategy, ensuring seamless user experiences, and optimizing product listings with detailed descriptions, visual assets, and specifications.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Online Operations Management: Manage website operation and maintain a seamless user experience
  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance with customer selections
  • Product Optimization: Optimize product listings with detailed descriptions, visual assets, and specifications
  • Partnerships and Collaborations: Build customer relationships and develop partnerships with content creators, influencers, and compatible businesses
  • Concept Development: Collaborate with internal teams on developing concepts, layouts, and promotional activities
  • Pricing Strategy: Set prices in accordance with industry trends and sales strategy
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners on stock availability and delivery
  • Marketing Initiatives: Develop and maintain initiatives for PPC advertisement campaigns & social media engagement
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce, website maintenance, and related industries
  • Experience with content, product, and inventory management
  • Experience with SEO & knowledge of non-technical SEO best practices
  • Skills and knowledge of Shopify, Amazon & eBay platforms
  • Excellent English communication skills (at least B2 levels)
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills
  • Experience with using Google Analytics for project management and reporting
  • Proficient in MS Office, esp. Excel
