Senior Ecommerce Growth Manager

We seek a seasoned ecommerce professional to drive strategic media buying, precision optimization, and data-driven forecasting.

This role demands a proactive partner in client success, ensuring clear communication about performance, strategy adjustments, and optimizations while maintaining trust and strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate will set a high standard for efficiency, scalability, and results-focused approach, thrive on challenges, take ownership of outcomes, and drive high-performance marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data-Driven Forecasting: Develop accurate forecasts and ensure strategies are executed to transform projections into scalable growth for clients.
  • Candidate Representation: Represent our approach to media acquisition and its tools, building trust and strong client relationships.
  • Performance Communication: Maintain clear communication about performance, strategy adjustments, and optimizations.
Necessary Skills:
  • Onboarding: Align with the team, manage and collaborate with pod members, maintain data integrity across systems, execute tools for clients, build forecasts, analyze data, align marketing calendars, monitor and adjust campaigns to meet KPIs.
  • Quality of Work: Maintain a Delta within 5% of the Forecast, align daily with client strategy, execute tools on time and with high quality.
  • Client Communication: Lead growth map goals, provide daily performance updates, ensure alignment with strategy and forecast, participate in weekly strategy calls.
  • Contributing Back: Share learnings system-wide and collaborate across teams.
Next-Level Skills:
  • Communication and Data Analysis: Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication; adept at presenting to stakeholders.
  • Storytelling and Client Messaging: Empathetic client messaging and strong data-driven storytelling.
  • Presentation and Google Tools: Strong presentation skills and data analysis capability; familiarity with Google Sheets and related tools.
