Job Description

The successful candidate will work closely with our lead developer to implement backend features based on clear specifications and requirements. This includes following established coding conventions, patterns, and architectural guidelines, conducting thorough manual QA and testing, and collaborating with the lead engineer to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.

This role is perfect for a detail-oriented developer who thrives on producing reliable, well-tested code that adheres to our engineering standards. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated and effective in a remote-work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience with JavaScript and Node.js
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to code quality
  • Excellent ability to follow established coding styles and conventions
  • Proven track record of implementing features based on written requirements and specifications
  • Experience with manual QA and testing methodologies
  • Strong reading comprehension and the ability to ask clarifying questions
  • Experience with databases (PostgreSQL or similar)
