Job Overview

The Director of Analytics is a strategic role responsible for driving the bank's analytics initiatives. This position oversees the development and implementation of data-driven solutions to enhance business performance.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute an analytics strategy aligned with the bank's objectives, identifying areas for growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  2. Create business cases for monetizing analytics initiatives to support business growth.
  3. Lead advanced data analysis, statistical techniques, machine learning, and predictive modeling to solve complex business problems.
  4. Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure effective data management, governance, and compliance.
  5. Manage end-to-end analytics projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget, and objective achievement.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
  7. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the analytics team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. 5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  2. Strong knowledge of data analysis, statistical modeling, machine learning, and predictive analytics.
  3. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, with experience in data manipulation and visualization tools.
  4. Project management experience, including planning, initiation, resource allocation, risk & issue management, and stakeholder management.
