Qualifications and Requirements
Education
We require a Bachelor's or College Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management or Culinary Arts.
Work Experience
A minimum of 3-5 years of cooking experience in a fine dining or hotel environment, preferably in a culinary leadership role. Safe Food Handling Certification is mandatory.
Key Skills
The ability to perform well under pressure, communicate effectively, and work long hours in hot conditions. Ability to bend, stand, and stoop for extended periods.
