Job Overview

Unlocking Growth Opportunities in Snacking is an exciting challenge to lead the future of consumer products.

As a key member of our strategic team, you will contribute to delivering results and objectives by driving market expansion initiatives at a local level in retail outlets such as cash and carry, multi-site, and other selected customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and drive initiatives in conjunction with respective markets, focusing on regional strategies, new customer acquisition, ROI models, and execution norms.
  • Standardize market execution norms and ways of working across regions, ensuring tracking on business metrics.
  • Drive the adoption of digital technologies in the market, leveraging image recognition, suggested orders, and promotions.
  • Lead change management in the market for projects, ensuring successful implementation.
  • Identify opportunities in the market and prepare cases for new initiatives.
  • Ensure end-to-end execution of projects and provide support for at least 12 months post-implementation.
  • Develop and equip the sales team with necessary digital skills.
  • Monitor and evaluate performance of sales initiatives, making necessary adjustments for optimal results.

This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Marketing, to ensure seamless integration and alignment.
