Game Developer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Game Developer to join our team and contribute to the creation of world-class online slot games.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of game mechanics, game math, and player psychology, with the ability to balance entertainment with performance.

This role entails designing games that are intuitive, beautiful, and mechanically compelling, while also being mathematically balanced and financially sound.

  • Designing slot game mechanics from scratch, including base gameplay, bonus features, progression systems, and monetization models.\
  • Defining and optimizing core game parameters, such as Return to Player (RTP) and Volatility, in collaboration with math and analytics teams.\
  • Crafting intuitive user experience flows and engaging user interface layouts that complement the game mechanics and enhance the overall experience.\
  • Maintaining comprehensive game design documentation, including feature specs, wireframes, user flows, game logic diagrams, and math model descriptions.\
  • Working cross-functionally with mathematicians, developers, artists, producers, and QA to ensure alignment and successful execution from concept to live game.\
  • Regularly playtesting and analyzing prototypes and production builds, providing clear feedback and actionable suggestions to refine gameplay and balance.\
  • Staying informed on industry trends, player preferences, and competitor titles to continually evolve our design thinking and product innovation.\

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record in game design, ideally with titles that have gone to market.\
  • A strong grasp of game math, including probability, RTP, volatility, hit frequency, and paytable logic.\
  • Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and how player interaction drives retention and engagement.\
  • Ability to break down complex systems into clear, concise documentation and design blueprints.\
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to align creative and technical teams around a shared vision.\
  • Experience mentoring junior designers or contributing to design reviews and ideation workshops.\
