- Responsibilities include receiving and directing telephone calls, emails, mail, and messages, including documents.
- Providing secretarial and administrative support to senior management, executives, and the Board of Directors is also essential.
- The Admin Support Officer will oversee general and administrative services for the Mandaluyong Branch.
- Setting up meetings and conferences, collating materials and reports for meetings, and arranging accommodations, airfare tickets, transportation, and entertainment for company visitors and managers are critical duties.
- Supervising support staff, including drivers, messengers, housekeeping, and security personnel, is also a key responsibility.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Secretary/Admin Support Officer, reporting directly to senior management or executives, is necessary.
- Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills, with excellent multi-tasking abilities, are required.
- Exemplary soft skills, such as communication, time management, and trustworthiness, are also essential.
- The ideal candidate must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Working in the Mandaluyong area is also a requirement.
- Applicants must be ready to start as soon as possible.
- Willingness to work on Saturdays is a plus.
