
Remote Technical Support Professional

The role of IT Support Specialist involves providing remote technical support and troubleshooting across various platforms, including Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, and RMM tools.
This requires a solid understanding of cloud platforms, scripting, and IT ticketing systems.
- Provide technical support for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace tenants
- Troubleshoot issues in QuickBooks Desktop and Online environments
- Use NinjaRMM and ticketing tools to monitor and resolve incidents
- Create and maintain IT scripts for automation and task optimization
- Respond to, track, and resolve IT support tickets within defined SLAs
- Communicate effectively via Microsoft Teams and maintain high service standards
- Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and common issues for the knowledge base
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Minimum 2 years of IT support experience
- Proficient in troubleshooting Microsoft and Google Workspace issues
- Hands-on experience with RMM and ticketing systems
- Basic to intermediate scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash, or others)
- Familiarity with accounting software, especially QuickBooks
- Strong communication and remote collaboration skills
