Job Title: Digital Marketing Associate

About the Job:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:
  • Social Media: Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
  • Influencer Marketing: Provide support in influencer marketing campaigns, including influencer identification, outreach, and collaboration management.
  • Search: Assist in managing paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising.
  • SEO: Support in implementing on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.
  • Direct Marketing: Assist in planning and executing direct marketing campaigns, including email marketing, SMS marketing, and CRM initiatives.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Strong interest in digital marketing with a desire to learn and grow in each area.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite products.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and multitask in a fast-paced setting.
