About This Role

The Content Creator will craft and manage a diverse portfolio of reporting, editorial content, and marketing materials. This includes client reports, pitchbooks, commercial sections in Private Placement Memorandums, investor letters, product update presentations, and due diligence event materials.

Main Responsibilities
  • Produce regular client reports and handle ad-hoc reporting-related inquiries from investors.
  • Oversee Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and client requests related to assigned private wealth-focused investment programs.
  • Update pitch books and populate update presentation templates using artificial intelligence tools.
  • Develop compelling content for client publications and events, such as investor calls and due diligence days.
  • Collaborate with the client relationship team to develop educational resources.
  • Lead projects that support the development and growth of the marketing department.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4-7 years of experience in reporting, content creation, marketing, or a related role within the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of investment products and private wealth management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools for content creation is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
