  • The position is responsible for creating multimedia content for different media platforms. This position will write copy, record/shoot and edit audio and video materials, and will collaborate closely with a variety of stakeholders, both internal and external, on all stages of projects, including planning, content, production level and delivery, turnaround time, review and revisions, approvals and sign-offs, and project estimates.

Qualifications / Compétences

  • Bachelor's degree in Visual Arts, Multimedia Arts, Communication, Advertising, or a related field
  • Knowledge and experience in content and/or multimedia production is an advantage
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Vyond, Canva, Audacity, and related software
  • Strong creative and conceptual thinking, with the ability to translate ideas into compelling content
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders

Responsibilities / Responsabilités

  • Writes content for email blasts, announcements, infographics, and other communications for learning sessions, events, and other learning engagements
  • Develops animated graphics/content and other interactive visuals including branding and visual identity and consistency across all multimedia platforms to enhance learner engagement
  • Conceptualizes and develops graphic assets, videos, illustrations, and layouts for various traditional and non-traditional media platforms including but not limited to, social media, on-ground materials, and presentations
  • Posts content and assists in managing and monitoring social media platforms with different engagement activities
  • Collaborates with teams within the department and other partners: Sales Support, Marketing to understand project requirements, ideate and deliver effective multimedia solutions
