Job Overview

A dynamic Marketing & Design Coordinator is sought to spearhead marketing initiatives and design projects.

This part-time role offers growth potential for a highly skilled professional with proven marketing and design expertise.

About the Position
  • Develop and execute daily marketing tasks, empowering the Marketing Manager to focus on strategy and sales.
  • Create engaging brochures, flyers, and seasonal promotional materials that effectively communicate our brand message.
  • Design and update catalogues using existing templates or building new layouts that showcase our products in an attractive light.
  • Produce and update business cards, email signatures, and uniform artwork that reflects our corporate identity.
  • Liaise with suppliers to procure fleet signage concepts.
  • Manage website content updates (WordPress) to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Schedule and post social media content (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) that resonates with our target audience.
  • SOURCE promotional gear/merchandise that aligns with our branding.
  • Liaise with printers, merchandise suppliers, and other third parties to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Perform basic photo editing tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, graphic design, or a related field.
  • Strong design skills - proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, or Affinity Designer/Publisher.
  • Experience creating print-ready artwork for flyers, brochures, and catalogues.
  • Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS for basic website updates.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and scheduling tools.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently without excessive supervision.
  • Creative thinker - comfortable contributing ideas.
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely with some NZ time zone overlap.
  • Part-time: 2-4 hours/day.
