About the Role:

KMC Solutions is looking for a skilled Entry Clerk Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for entering product information into our system, creating purchase orders, and maintaining data accuracy.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  1. Enter product group numbers, sub-group numbers, product types, supplier details, product names, descriptions, and other relevant data into the system.
  2. Generate new purchase order numbers, select appropriate warehouses, enter supplier numbers, FOB dates, delivery details, and order quantities.
  3. Ensure all entered data is correct and matches the provided assortment plans and procurement details.
  4. Regularly update the inventory management system with new SKUs and purchase orders.
  5. Print and save hard copies and PDF copies of purchase orders, ensuring they are correctly filed in the designated folders.
  6. Provide data entry support for generating procurement and inventory reports.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience as a Data Entry Specialist in procurement, purchasing or order management practice
  • Experience in Futura, or any inventory management tool is a plus
  • Moderate skill exp with Excel or any Spreadsheet
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in data entry software and tools.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic understanding of procurement and inventory processes.
  • Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions.
