Job Title:

Senior Architect

About the Role:

Seeking an experienced architect to lead and manage architecture projects from conception to completion.

Responsibilities:
  • Independent planning and handling of architectural projects.
  • Development of 3D models and visualizations using ArchiCAD and Twinmotion.
  • Project coordination, management, and execution.
  • Leading and guiding team members within the project team.
  • Collaboration with internal and external partners.
  • Ensuring quality, deadlines, and budget compliance.
  • Documentation and presentation of projects.
  • Evaluation of existing processes and contribution to improvements.
Requirements:
  • Completed degree in architecture from a top 100 university.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience as an architect.
  • Practical experience using ArchiCAD 3D and Twinmotion.
  • Strong technical expertise and understanding of construction methods.
  • Interest in Swiss building culture and willingness to familiarize yourself with local conditions.
  • Willingness to engage with Swiss standards and high-quality benchmarks.
  • Experience in leading and coordinating team members.
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly.
  • Team player with interest in contributing to a dynamic team.
  • Openness to latest technical possibilities and motivation to drive innovation in processes.
