As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert support to our virtual assistants and Founders.

  • Work behind the scenes to help troubleshoot and resolve issues in marketing tools
  • Collaborate with other teams to improve systems and processes
  • Create educational resources to plug knowledge gaps
  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend updates
Requirements
  • 2-3 years' experience in digital marketing or SME roles
  • Expertise in at least 5 of the following tools: Canva, ChatGPT, ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, GoHighLevel, Shopify, Mailchimp
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to explain complex concepts simply
  • Strong attention to detail and process-oriented thinking
Bonus Points
  • Experience with remote support, chat troubleshooting, or tech onboarding
  • Knowledge of project management tools, SEO platforms, or website builders
  • Previous work with eCommerce platforms, CRM tools, and marketing automations
