Email Marketing Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to oversee our email communications strategy.

  • Responsibilities include managing and monitoring email domains, IP reputation, and inbox placement, as well as implementing SPF, DKIM, DMARC and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Create and refine email templates and content, develop compelling subject lines, copy, and CTAs, run A/B testing across content and design.
  • Launch and manage multi-segmented campaigns, track click-throughs, portal logins, and inbound calls, own UTM parameter setup and reporting, provide insights to optimize performance.
