You will be the expert for clients using leading email marketing platforms. You will provide guidance on best practices, troubleshoot technical issues, and assist with IP management, authentication protocols, and sender reputation monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support clients in setting up and optimizing email campaigns.
- Provide guidance on email deliverability best practices.
- Troubleshoot email-related issues.
- Educate customers on email compliance standards.
- Collaborate with product and development teams to improve platform features.
- Create and manage visual email automation workflows.
- Conduct training sessions and create documentation to enhance user adoption.
- Monitor email performance metrics and recommend strategies to improve engagement and deliverability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in email operations or a related field.
- Strong understanding of IP management and email authentication protocols.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and SMTP relay services.
- Experience troubleshooting email deliverability issues.
- Knowledge of email compliance regulations.
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
