Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Staff to join our team at Foremost Farms, Inc. in Pasig City.

  • Our ideal candidate will assist in the preparation of financial reports, maintain accurate records, and perform various accounting tasks as assigned by the immediate superior.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for posting payables and receivables in their respective accounting ledgers or accounts in the accounting system.
  • In addition, the Accounting Staff will ensure compliance with standard accounting procedures, reconcile bank statements, and resolve any discrepancies that may arise.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general accounting functions, including assisting in the preparation of financial reports and maintaining accurate records.
  • Post payables and receivables in their respective accounting ledgers or accounts in the accounting system.
  • Ensure compliance with standard accounting procedures, reconcile bank statements, and resolve any discrepancies that may arise.
  • Provide assistance to other accounting team members as needed.
Requirements
  • Graduate of BS in Accountancy or related field.
  • 1-3 years work experience in accounting or related field.
  • Familiarity with SAP system is a plus.
  • Can start ASAP.
