Job Description

  • Manage a portfolio of requisitions, managing the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including HR, business leaders, and external partners.
  • Proactively network and engage in the local market to identify and build talent pipelines.

The role is responsible for recruitment across South East Asia:

  1. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and preferences and align hiring demand to their workforce plans.
  2. Provide credible and consultative advice and candidate market intel to the client during the entire recruitment lifecycle.
  3. Support the business with the development of job descriptions and create effective sourcing strategies.

Knowledge, Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition managing the full end-to-end lifecycle or front office consultant/recruitment role.
  • Collaboration and Relationship Building: The ability to collaborate and build relationships with senior leadership, hiring managers, cross-functional teams, HR, leadership, and external partners.
  • Extensive proficiency with proactive sourcing and talent community development.
