Job Overview

This role involves supporting our technical account management team with the implementation and setup of our clients on our products. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, knowledge of ERP systems, and a passion for teamwork.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality technical support and troubleshooting to ensure client success
  • Aquire in-depth product knowledge quickly through hands-on experience and subject matter expert interaction
  • Communicate effectively with all team members to ensure timely task delivery
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Front End Web Development experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Sublime, Google Apps, Photoshop, Illustrator, GIMP, BrowserStack, and other technologies
  • Strong understanding of online platforms and advertising systems
  • Ability to distill complex issues into clear written and verbal recommendations
  • Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel; basic knowledge of web-based technologies

Preferred qualifications include experience in online advertising, email marketing, software technical support, or functional work experience in privacy management systems.
