Job Description

We are currently partnering with a leading financial institution to fill an experienced Business Analyst position.

This role is ideal for professionals with a background in wealth management, asset management, or private banking, and hands-on experience with Avaloq, as well as treasury, securities, and trust platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document requirements for key initiatives in wealth, asset management, and private banking.

  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for IT and development teams.

  • Evaluate existing systems and processes to identify gaps and recommend improvements aligned with business goals.

  • Support testing, validation, and implementation phases of system changes and enhancements.

  • Serve as a vital link between business and technical teams to drive communication for successful project delivery.
