TASQ Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our client's quality management system meets the requirements of ISO standards.
About the Job:
- Key Responsibilities:
- Create, revise, and implement procedures and forms as per ISO requirements.
- Plan and execute internal audits and other quality assurance activities.
- Evaluate audit findings and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and recommend corrective actions.
- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
- Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities.
- Monitor risk management activities.
- Coordinate on-site audits conducted by external providers.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Operations Management.
- At least 5 years of supervisory experience in ISO Standard, preferably with Quality Auditor or Quality Engineer background.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and database management.
- Knowledge of tools, concepts, and methodologies of QA.
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements.
