TASQ Staffing Solutions is a leading provider of staffing solutions in Pasig. We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our team.

Job Overview:

The Quality Assurance Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our processes and products. This includes developing and implementing procedures and forms as per ISO requirements, planning and executing internal audits, and evaluating audit findings.

Responsibilities:

  1. Development and implementation of quality procedures and forms.
  2. Planning and execution of internal audits and quality assurance activities.
  3. Evaluation of audit findings and implementation of corrective actions.
  4. Investigation of customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
  5. Preparation of reports to communicate quality activity outcomes.
  6. Monitoring of risk management activities.
  7. Coordination of on-site audits conducted by external providers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Operations Management or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of supervisory experience in an ISO-standard environment.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and database management.
  • Manufacturing experience is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of QA tools, concepts, and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements.
