Financial Analyst Job Opportunity

This exciting opportunity will have you reporting to the accounting manager and collaborating with the international accounting and finance organization. You will be responsible for preparing journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and supporting schedules on time.

About the Role
  • Integral contributor to month-end close through preparation of journal entries and supporting schedules
  • Assist the accounting manager with consolidations, reviewing domestic and foreign subsidiary financials, and eliminations
  • Manage business travel and expense platform, ensuring policy compliance and accurate coding
  • Maintain fixed asset subledger and propose additions and disposals
  • Analyze Balance Sheet and P&L account balances, providing insightful commentary
  • Support the billing department during month-end close and ensure timely payments
  • Interact cross-functionally with department managers to support accounting team goals
  • Contribute to creation and maintenance of critical accounting policies
  • Execute annual financial statement audit by providing supporting documentation and responding to inquiries
  • Assist with system implementations, technical accounting analysis, and projects
Key Responsibilities:

As a financial analyst, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Preparing journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Managing business travel and expense platform
  • Maintaining fixed asset subledger
  • Analyzing Balance Sheet and P&L account balances
  • Supporting the billing department during month-end close
  • Contributing to creation and maintenance of critical accounting policies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or CPA
  • Proficient understanding of US GAAP and technical accounting
  • Minimum 2-4 years of General Ledger accounting experience
  • Experience in month-end processes and Excel skills (vlookup/xlookup & pivot table)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Flexibility and willingness to assist with assorted tasks
