Data Solutions Specialist

Role Overview
The purpose of this role is to enhance our organisation's data capabilities by designing, deploying and improving data analytics solutions. We seek a professional who will collaborate with product teams to provide insights derived from data analysis.
Key responsibilities include gathering requirements, determining the best course of action for analysis, defining datasets and dashboards to support business processes, and planning and prioritising insights that drive organisational targets.
This position involves analysing and evaluating A/B tests, reporting on results, and recommending next steps. The ideal candidate will have experience working with large-scale data sets, data analysis, cleaning or visualisation using various technologies, and be a team player with collaborative, respectful, and service-focused qualities.
Desirable skills include familiarity with dbt, GitHub, applied statistics, and data pipeline management.
