Job Overview

  • The Plan Documents Specialist plays a pivotal role in supporting our Operations team by effectively managing plan document drafting, amendments, restatements, and plan setup.

Key responsibilities include preparing comprehensive plan documents, providing project management support, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operational considerations are met.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed plan documents including discretionary and interim amendments, restatements, participant notices, and related disclosures.
  • Provide expert project management support for novel and recurring large-scale document projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Support team members with process reviews, research, and documentation related to plan documents, operational corrections, and audit support.
