About the Role

The role of a Reward Data Analyst at dentsu is to ensure the effective delivery of reward projects and annual reward processes for the APAC team.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting regulatory filing and other annual reporting, providing compensation information
  • Planning and executing the annual compensation cycle for South East Asia (SEA Cluster), including communication, validation, and distribution of data
  • Taking a leading role in bonus and salary review processes, acting as the main point of contact for the HR community and first-line managers
  • Managing other compensation programs, such as accrual processes of bonus, deferred cash, etc.
  • Assisting with ad-hoc increase recommendations, gathering data and partnering with HR to complete changes in WorkDay and issue letters
  • Reviewing individual reward packages to facilitate decision-making
  • Preparing and collating data and opinions to facilitate others to make a decision on exceptions on reward package and timing
  • Resolving benefits queries from employees and benefit vendors
  • Completing and submitting all salary surveys, ensuring timely and accurate submission
  • Undertaking external and internal salary benchmarking using various sources
  • Administering/supporting the development of salary ranges
  • Producing reports on people data and compensation as requested
  • Assisting the Reward Manager in preparing presentations on reward data and projects
  • Engaging the local HR community in reward practices and projects
