Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat messages from customers, responding promptly and professionally.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, providing effective solutions and alternatives when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and company system updates, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma required for new candidates; at least 6 months of BPO experience for those with an old curriculum.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
