Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Climate Control Specialist to join our team at Crackerjack Corporation. This role is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance and identify potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Clean, adjust, and repair systems as needed to maintain efficiency and reliability.
  • Provide technical direction and on-the-job training to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance functions, including daily logs and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with appliance standards and Occupational Health and Safety Act regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in climate control systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits, including professional development opportunities and a comprehensive health insurance package.
