Marketing Campaign Writer

About the Role

Craft high-performing marketing copy to drive business growth across various channels. Develop campaign concepts, write original content, and leverage AI to streamline research and ideation while delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own end-to-end copywriting for campaigns, including email sequences, social posts, and organic/paid ads.
  • Build messaging frameworks and create campaign assets such as sequences, DMs, InMails, snippets, landing page headlines, and ad copy.
  • Collaborate with strategy and SDR teams to align targeting and offers.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reply rate, booking rate, CTR, engagement, and follower growth.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of B2B copywriting experience focused on performance and lead generation.
  • Proven results writing LinkedIn + email sequences and social posts that convert.
  • Mastery of concise, executive-friendly messaging and clear, compelling CTAs.
  • Native-level/fluent English with impeccable grammar and tone control.
  • Strong grasp of modern outbound and social mechanics, data-driven mindset, and experience using AI ethically.
  • Ability to work East Coast (ET) hours, manage deadlines, and start immediately.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in SaaS, HR tech, fintech, health tech, or professional services.
  • Familiarity with CRM/ESP and outbound tools.
  • Basic understanding of ads and landing page optimization.
Success Metrics:
  • Cold email reply rate and meeting-booked rate above benchmark.
  • LinkedIn connection acceptance and DM reply rates improving QoQ.
  • Post engagement, follower growth, and CTR on social assets.
