Key Responsibilities:
· Develop, write, and manage high volumes of original marketing content across multiple channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, email, and landing pages.
· Create and adapt content to suit platform-specific formats, voice, and audiences.
· Strategize and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns with a focus on audience segmentation and performance tracking.
· Optimize email campaigns for open rate, click-through rate, and conversions.
· Leverage hashtag strategies and platform-specific tools to maximize visibility and engagement across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
· Manage and schedule posts using social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Later, or Hootsuite).
· Monitor and report on content performance analytics across all channels to continuously improve results.
· Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and design teams to align messaging and campaign goals.
· Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in social media and copywriting.
· 2-3 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or digital marketing.
· Proven track record of writing effective copy that drives engagement and conversions.
· Expertise in LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook content marketing and audience building.
· Strong grasp of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign) and best practices for open/click rates.
· Experience using analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics) to measure and optimize content performance.
· Knowledge of SEO, content strategy, and social media trends.
· Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
· Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet tight deadlines.
Shift: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm EST
