Revenue Growth Analyst

This is a key role in supporting our offshore operations. The successful candidate will assist the Revenue Management team in executing Deal Desk activities and Monthly Promotions processes.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain analytical dashboards to support new promotions
  • Consolidate data from various sources and create visual representations for monthly promotion reporting
  • Process large datasets to generate necessary files for promotion rebate payments
  • Prepare and execute files for approved pricing deals
  • Identify and program dealer groups to implement approved pricing strategies
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in revenue management, financial analysis, or a related analytical role
  • Advanced spreadsheet skills, including use of complex formulas (LOOKUP, INDEX, MATCH) and pivot tables
  • Strong understanding of financial concepts such as opportunity cost, incremental benefit, and ROI
  • Working knowledge of SQL and data querying for extracting and transforming data
  • Experience in document creation and editing, with strong formatting and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with electronic signature tools
  • Basic to advanced understanding of ERP systems (e.g., data entry, navigation, and data extraction)
  • Exceptional attention to detail, especially in validating data across multiple sources
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Experience in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
