In this role, you will be responsible for promoting Citigroup's brand and culture while engaging active and passive candidates, working closely with the Talent Acquisition team to identify talent pools and convert them into applicants for current and future positions.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and engaging talent pools (both internal and external), converting them into job applicants for current and future openings.
- Gathering insights on candidate availability, demographics, and location through market research and analytics.
- Proactively identifying qualified candidates using tools like LinkedIn and Entelo.
- Collaborating with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition colleagues to understand job requirements and build trusted relationships.
- Managing market messaging to attract desirable talent and increase applicant flow.
- Collecting and delivering market data and intelligence for recruitment purposes.
- Researching diverse talent for select roles and advising recruiters and hiring managers on strategies to engage and attract such talent.
- Delivering information on the competitive landscape, including talent movement within competitors.
- Maintaining accurate CRM information through consistent communication with prospects.
- Promoting Citigroup's brand and culture with active and passive candidates.
- Apropriately assessing risk when making business decisions, prioritizing the firm's reputation, and adhering to applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 5-8 years of experience, preferably in talent acquisition or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques, including recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings.
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs), and Candidate Management Systems.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong sales skills to sell open roles and present opportunities to potential candidates.
- Ability to manage time efficiently, meet deadlines, and work autonomously and collaboratively.
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
