Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hospitality Professional to join our team as a Butler.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences through personalized service, proactive anticipation of needs, and prompt response to queries.
Duties and Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will perform the following tasks:

  • Deliver daily amenities and arrangements to suites and villas, provide turndown services, and offer assistance as required.
  • Take orders for in-room dining, deliver meals, and serve guests accordingly, while responding to their requests and queries.
  • Record relevant data and guest preferences into profiles and participate in briefing sessions, meetings, and training programs as necessary.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar capacity within a luxury hotel or international property setting.
  • An advanced understanding of hospitality operations, including food, beverage, and in-suite dining, wine, and spirits knowledge.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Fluent oral and written English language skills, with proficiency in other languages an asset.
