Project Designer Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Designer to join our team in Manila.

The ideal candidate will have a strong design aptitude, excellent communication skills, and proven project management experience within the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop schematic design solutions aligned with project criteria, program requirements, and budget constraints.
  • Prepare and deliver design presentations to meet office and client standards.
  • Collaborate on shaping the overall design direction of the project and communicate this vision to the project team.
  • Provide regular project status updates to the Senior Project Designer and/or Project Director.
  • Attend site meetings, supporting the project manager in reviewing and assessing project progress.
  • Ensure efficient service delivery by tracking assigned tasks against the project schedule.
  • Prepare detailed construction documents to ensure compliance with quality standards and code requirements.
  • Contribute to developing design standards for the firm.

Essential Qualifications:
  • 5-8 years of experience in hospitality design from a reputable institution.
  • Strong design aptitude with a creative and innovative approach.
  • Intermediate technical proficiency in formulating design parameters and executing design work.
  • Capable of delivering technically sound solutions within project deadlines and budget constraints.
  • In-depth understanding of hospitality design and related products.
  • Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills are essential.
