Strategic Sales Enabler Role

Are you a strategic thinker who can drive sales growth and excellence? We are seeking a skilled Sales Governance Business Partner to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with B2B Sales leaders to translate strategic objectives into executable plans.
  • Monitor execution progress, identify roadblocks, and recommend course corrections.
  • Lead governance forums, quarterly reviews, and operational checkpoints.
  • Ensure compliance with governance standards, sales policies, and risk management requirements.
  • Track, analyze, and interpret sales performance data.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve productivity, pipeline health, and revenue outcomes.
  • Work closely with Finance, Marketing, Product, and Operations to streamline workflows and enable faster decision-making.
  • Support strategic initiatives that cut across business units.
  • Prepare business cases, board-level presentations, and leadership updates.

As a Sales Governance Business Partner, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and excellence by partnering with B2B Sales leaders to translate strategic objectives into executable plans. You will monitor execution progress, identify roadblocks, and recommend course corrections. You will also lead governance forums, quarterly reviews, and operational checkpoints to ensure compliance with governance standards, sales policies, and risk management requirements.

Requirements:
  • Strategic Planning & Execution – Ability to translate high-level strategies into operational plans.
  • Sales Performance Analytics – Strong capability in interpreting sales metrics and creating actionable insights.
  • Business Case Development – Proficiency in creating executive-level presentations and financial justifications.
  • Advanced MS Office & BI Tools – Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Influencing & Stakeholder Management – Ability to gain buy-in and alignment across senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical & Critical Thinking – Skilled in identifying root causes and anticipating potential challenges.
  • High Attention to Detail – Ensures accuracy in data and governance documentation.
  • Collaboration & Partnership Mindset – Works seamlessly across functions to achieve shared goals.
  • Resilience & Adaptability – Can pivot quickly in response to changing priorities without losing strategic focus.
  • Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
