Marketing Professional Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Assistant to fill a key role in our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, graphic design, and e-commerce, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visual Content Creation: Utilize Canva to design visually appealing marketing materials, including social media posts, banners, and email templates.
  • E-commerce Site Management: Build and maintain websites using Wix or Shopify for e-commerce purposes.
  • Calendar Organization: Assist with organizing and managing the team's calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating deadlines.
  • Video Editing Services: Perform basic video editing for social media and marketing purposes.
  • Email Campaign Management: Use Constant Contact to create and manage email campaigns and newsletters.
  • Social Media Administration: Assist with managing the social media calendar and executing Facebook marketing campaigns.
  • AI Application Knowledge: Apply basic knowledge of AI tools for marketing and content creation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Canva for graphic design projects.
  • Ability to build and maintain websites using Wix or Shopify.
  • Basic experience in video editing for marketing purposes.
  • Familiarity with Constant Contact for email campaigns and mass mailing.
  • Knowledge of social media calendar management and Facebook marketing.
  • Basic understanding of AI tools and their use in marketing.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
