Property Wealth Strategist

We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused individual to join our property investment advisory team as an Investment Property Sales Consultant.

This role involves guiding qualified clients through every stage of the property investment journey, from initial consultation to education, strategy presentation, onboarding, and final handover. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our marketing, property, and backend teams to deliver a tailored and seamless experience for each client, supporting their long-term goals.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in investment property sales, real estate investment, or property advisory roles with a direct-to-client focus. You should possess strong consultative selling skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a results-driven approach with a consistent record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Key responsibilities include conducting structured introductory consultations with warm leads, presenting tailored property investment opportunities and wealth-building strategies using relevant market data, educating clients about the benefits and risks of property investment, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver timely and accurate property recommendations and information.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be comfortable using CRM systems, virtual meeting tools, and other digital platforms. Experience selling investment properties to clients based in Australia, the US, or the UK is a plus, but not required.
