  • Perform monthly meter data file uploads into RBMS billing engine.
  • Troubleshoot customer's meter system hardware and software issues.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Identify and resolve usage exceptions and ensure read file accuracy.
  • Work proactively with leadership to prevent API and missing reads issues.
  • Manage general inbox and respond to client questions timely.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service Department to resolve resident concerns.
  • Support internal billing teams during prebill review process.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree or equivalent; some college-level finance preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of data analysis experience.
