About the Email and Digital Campaign Manager Role
Our organization seeks a strategic Email and Digital Campaign Manager to oversee our email and text communications strategy. This role involves ensuring campaigns reach the right audience, deliver the right message, and drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Email Infrastructure & Deliverability:
    • Manage and monitor email domains, IP reputation, and inbox placement.
    • Implement SPF, DKIM, DMARC and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Oversee sender reputation and resolve deliverability issues.
  • Content & Campaign Creation:
    • Create and refine email templates and content (empathy, urgency, demands).
    • Develop compelling subject lines, copy, and CTAs.
    • Run A/B testing across content and design.
    • Manage and schedule SMS/text campaigns.
  • Campaign Management & Analytics:
    • Launch and manage multi-segmented campaigns.
    • Track click-throughs, portal logins, and inbound calls.
    • Own UTM parameter setup and reporting.
    • Provide insights to optimize performance.
