Job Title: Agile Team Facilitator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinements
  • Drive team outcomes by setting clear sprint goals, tracking progress, and delivering value consistently
  • Remove impediments to the team's progress, working across functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership
  • Coach the team on Agile principles and best practices, tailoring methods to fit the team's needs
  • Enable continuous improvement through guided retrospectives
  • Protect the team from external disruptions and maintain focus on sprint objectives
  • Ensure transparency through effective use of JIRA and Agile tools
  • Support Product Owners in backlog management and prioritization
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve Agile maturity

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 4-8 years' experience in Agile delivery, with 2 years as a Scrum Master
  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and principles
  • Prior experience in data, analytics, or data management projects preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence without authority
  • Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments
  • Proficiency with Agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Miro)
  • Understanding of data management concepts (data ingestion, ETL, governance, metadata)
